Đặt thùng carton lần đầu — quy trình làm việc với nhà máy

Nhiều doanh nghiệp ngại đặt bao bì trực tiếp từ nhà máy vì nghĩ thủ tục phức tạp. Thực tế, quy trình chỉ gồm sáu bước rõ ràng, và phần lớn công việc kỹ thuật do nhà máy đảm nhiệm.

Bước 1 — Gửi thông tin sản phẩm

Chỉ cần ba thông tin: sản phẩm cần đóng gói là gì (trọng lượng, đặc điểm), kích thước mong muốn hoặc kích thước sản phẩm, và số lượng dự kiến theo đơn hoặc theo tháng. Nếu đã có thùng đang dùng, gửi kèm mẫu hoặc ảnh chụp sẽ rút ngắn được bước tư vấn.

Bước 2 — Tư vấn cấu trúc và báo giá

Bộ phận kỹ thuật đề xuất số lớp, loại sóng, loại giấy và công nghệ in phù hợp, kèm các phương án ở những mức giá khác nhau. Báo giá ghi rõ quy cách từng lớp giấy để có thể so sánh trực tiếp với các nhà cung cấp khác.

Bước 3 — Duyệt maquette và mẫu thật

Với đơn hàng in ấn, file thiết kế (maquette) được duyệt trước khi lên khuôn. Với kết cấu mới, nhà máy làm mẫu thật để thử đóng hàng và thử xếp chồng trước khi sản xuất hàng loạt.

Bước 4 — Sản xuất

Đơn hàng đi qua dây chuyền khép kín: tạo sóng, in, bế, ghim hoặc dán, kiểm tra chất lượng và đóng bó.

Bước 5 — Giao hàng bằng đội xe của nhà máy

Hàng được giao bằng đội xe tải từ 1,25 đến 7 tấn của chính nhà máy trên khắp miền Bắc, nên lịch giao do nhà máy chủ động sắp xếp và hàng được chằng buộc theo đúng quy cách.

Bước 6 — Đồng hành sau giao hàng

Phản hồi về chất lượng, kích thước hay điều chỉnh cho lô sau được tiếp nhận trực tiếp, không qua trung gian.

Đặt thẳng tại nhà máy khác gì mua qua trung gian

Ngắn gọn: giá tận gốc không qua tầng phân phối; thùng sóng, in flexo và in offset trọn bộ một nơi; nhà máy tự nắm lịch chạy máy nên chủ động tiến độ; và mọi điều chỉnh kỹ thuật trao đổi thẳng với người sản xuất.

Step 1 — Send your product details

Three pieces of information are enough: what is being packed (weight and characteristics), the dimensions you want or the product's own dimensions, and the expected quantity per order or per month. If you already use a carton, sending a sample or photograph shortens the advisory stage.

Step 2 — Structural advice and quotation

The technical team proposes the layer count, flute type, paper grade and printing method, with options at different price points. The quotation states the specification of each paper layer so it can be compared directly against other suppliers.

Step 3 — Approve the artwork and a physical sample

For printed orders, the design file (maquette) is approved before tooling. For a new construction, the factory produces a physical sample so you can test packing and stacking before any full run.

Step 4 — Production

The order passes through an in-house line: corrugating, printing, die-cutting, stitching or gluing, quality inspection and bundling.

Step 5 — Delivery on the factory's own trucks

Goods are delivered across northern Vietnam by the factory's own fleet of 1.25 to 7 tonne trucks, so the schedule is arranged by the factory and loads are secured to its own standard.

Step 6 — Support after delivery

Feedback on quality, dimensions or adjustments for the next lot is received directly, with no intermediary in between.

How ordering direct differs from buying through a middleman

Four differences worth weighing before choosing a supplier.

First, price. Buying through an intermediary adds a layer of distribution margin without adding technical value. Ordering at the factory means buying at production price.

Second, product range. A factory running corrugating, flexo and offset lines together can supply the complete packaging set for one product — shipping carton, retail box, duplex-laminated box — on a single order, rather than assembling it from several sources.

Third, schedule. When the factory controls its own machine time, delivery does not depend on a third party waiting in someone else's queue. This is the clearest difference in peak season.

Fourth, the technical channel. Any change to construction, paper grammage or dimensions is discussed directly with the people producing it, so errors surface earlier and are corrected faster.
